All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present. Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

邵峰,劉惠,韓三明,張瑞雪,張衡平,郭晗該取材于武穴市4000多名黨員下社區(qū)、進小區(qū)，通過黨建引領(lǐng)老舊小區(qū)改造的故事：建于上世紀(jì)七、八十年代的老油廠小區(qū)，有9棟樓160多戶居民，是一個典型的無物管、無主管部門、無人防物防的“三無”小區(qū)。這里許多居民亂搭亂建雜物間、小車棚，下水道破損無人維修，生活污水橫流，居住環(huán)境十分惡劣。有條件的住戶外出購房搬離后，又將這里的房子出租出去，導(dǎo)致這兒的居住環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜。龍?zhí)渡鐓^(qū)主任張昊陽借老舊小區(qū)改造之際，做活黨建+的文章，派出社區(qū)片警樊玉鋒任第一支部書記，引導(dǎo)居民開展“法治、德治、自治”。在社區(qū)工作者和小區(qū)黨支部+業(yè)主委員會的共同努力下，解決了一批居民急難愁盼的事，終于讓居住在這里的近千名群眾生活出現(xiàn)了新業(yè)態(tài)。
馬路天使1937
周璇,趙丹,魏鶴齡,錢千里1930年代，小云、小紅（周璇）姐妹被人騙到上海賣給琴師和妓院老鴇夫婦，小云被迫做了暗娼，小紅年紀(jì)尚小，又天生有一副好嗓子，便隨琴師去茶樓終日賣唱。姐妹兩人住在貧民窟，在她們對面，住的分別是報販老王和吹鼓手陳少平（趙丹）。因為閑來無事時陳少平常同小紅對窗玩鬧，兩人漸生感情。 小紅賣唱時被流氓古成龍纏上，對方欲強霸她為妾，小紅找陳少平商量對策，兩人本想借助律師將正義伸張，不想律師雙眼只認錢，無奈之下只得逃走，而這一過程中，老王對小云由憐生愛，可是小云卻因自卑不敢正視。琴師偶知陳少平與小紅下落，放風(fēng)給古成龍，古成龍趕到小紅住處時，屋里只有她和小云，兩人生命危在旦夕。
