　　臺灣千術大師泰斗在與香港千王黃上千（黃百鳴 飾）一戰中落敗，從此與黃上千結下了仇怨。黃上千的徒弟阿偉（梁朝偉 飾）一日結識了從新加坡返港的寡婦蘇茜，以為能從中大撈一筆，于是伙同任公子（任達華 飾）和師姐大波媚（葉子楣 飾）設局。豈料蘇茜其實也是一個老千，阿偉他們不僅沒能打撈一筆，反而落得一身債務。無奈之下阿偉只好請師傅黃大千出馬，黃大千贏回了蘇茜手上阿偉的簽單后，與蘇茜握手言和，并敲定一起合作對付奸商龍在天。他們輕而易舉的把龍在天的兩百萬搞到了，龍在天不甘心就此被騙，于是請泰斗再次出戰……
