大學(xué)教授奴奴（Francesco Casale 飾）目前和癱瘓的父親同住，為了能讓辛勞一生的父親更好的安度晚年，他聘請(qǐng)了一位美艷的護(hù)士照顧父親的生活起居。隨著時(shí)間的流逝，奴奴發(fā)現(xiàn)了父親和護(hù)士之間的曖昧情感，而他驚訝的發(fā)掘，自己從窺視中竟然獲得了異常的快感。 奴奴早已結(jié)婚，但與妻子分居且感情并不是十分完滿。某一日，護(hù)士偷偷的告訴奴奴，她曾看見他的妻子在午夜時(shí)分和他的父親共處一室。奴奴找到妻子質(zhì)問，卻從妻子處得到了一個(gè)驚人的消息——她曾在新婚之夜被自己的父親強(qiáng)奸。在痛苦和內(nèi)疚中，奴奴原諒了妻子，妻子重新搬回了奴奴的住處，奴奴，妻子和父親三人開始了新的生活。

Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
