　　蔵子は高校のダンス部の後輩先輩にあたる玲子、美樹とともに、淺野が社長を務める播州赤穂物産で働いていた。未亡人で天然ボケの清掃員?葉子も彼女たちの先輩で、4人は今も青春時代のままダンスを続けている。そこへ突然、吉良総合商社社長?吉良が屈強な女用心棒と共に現れた。吉良の會社から取引を止められると、たちまち倒産してしまうため、淺野は頭が上がらないのだ。吉良は玲子を別室へ呼び出し、自分の會社で秘書になるようその肉體に手を伸ばす。玲子は淺野の會社でダンスを続けたいと斷り続けた。 　　外で様子を伺っていた淺野は怒りに震え、部屋に駆け込むが、吉良と女用心棒に返り討ちにされる。心配し駆けつけた蔵子は、犯された蔵子と瀕死の淺野を見つけ、吉良に闘いを挑む。蔵子の攻撃に、吉良はもう意地の悪いことはしないと叫ぶが、その時、葉子が女用心棒が死んでいると叫んだ。吉良の高笑いが響き渡る。 　　2年後。女子刑務所を出所した蔵子は美樹、葉子と再會を果たす。淺野は蔵子が服役中に亡くなり會社も消滅していた。玲子は母親の借金の肩代わりに、吉良の愛人になっていた。 そこへダンス部の顧問だった裕子もやって來た。蔵子は自分の犯した罪の重さと裕子の母親のような愛情に泣きじゃくる。 　　蔵子はダンス部の先輩?アリサが切り盛りする印刷會社で働くことに。アリサもは吉良のせいで夫を亡くしていた。彼女とも意気投合し、蔵子たちは再びダンスの夢を追うことに決める。裕子に提案され、學校の記念行事で踴ることを目標に勵む。その一方、蔵子が出所したことは吉良の耳にも入り…
