雅士未央生（葉山豪 飾）精于書畫，對寧王（何華超 飾）之流奢華跋扈的作風憤慨已久。某日，未央生陪同好友至鐵府相親，卻與鐵家小姐鐵玉香（藍燕 飾）彼此一見鐘情，兩人隨結為伉儷。婚后二人彼此相敬相親，但無奈未央生床第表現殊為勉強，久而久之他不免有了非分之想。好友將未央生引見給寧王，未央生憑借過人的鑒賞眼光得以獲準進入寧府絕世樓，絕世樓乃是寧王苦心經營的藏寶樓，遍地珍奇之間、蝕骨銷魂的女子可任意狎樂，未央生與絕世樓瑞珠（原紗央莉 飾）、冬梅（周防雪子 飾）二女癡纏，可惜他資質短小，始終不能獲得駕馭之感，女形男音的極樂老人（雷凱欣 飾）指點未央生換器之法。未央生手術功成，揚眉吐氣，豈知他此時與鐵玉香雙雙落入了寧王的圈套……
