本片改編自寄田みゆき創作的同名漫畫。伊藤早奈是一個可愛的女高中生，生活充滿了快樂，但從未體驗過戀愛的感覺。因為車禍住院的早奈，在醫院里被一個非常漂亮的女生吸引了。于是，一段青澀甜蜜的戀愛開始了！

Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 　　影片是一部圍繞約會匹配軟件展開的原創懸疑片，戀愛方面晚熟的婚禮策劃人輪花（土屋太鳳 飾）被同事推薦了配對APP，雖然和一位男士匹配成功，但是出現在約會中的他卻和照片完全不一樣。與此同時，發生了針對APP用戶的連環殺人事件，事件朝著意料之外的方向發展，魔爪也漸漸逼近了輪花...佐久間大介飾演與主人公·輪花相遇，糾纏不休的跟蹤狂·永山吐夢。
