當你約會的時候

　　克和茱莉婭因為攝影在網上相識，兩人分享彼此的攝影作品，并且嘗試在網上交往。在朋友的慫恿下，尼克主動約茱莉婭見面，試圖開始真正交往，不料見面后才發現，網上的茱莉婭竟然是自己的前妻，因為事業觀不合在幾年前離婚了。簡單交談了幾句后兩人為對方安排了一場約會，但都因為性格原因導致約會無疾而終，實則是因為彼此對對方還都保留著好感。尼克邀請茱莉婭參加朋友家舉辦的晚會，朋友們都認為他們非常般配，他們也有意重新開始。在這關鍵時刻，茱莉婭的前男友出現，試圖挽回茱莉婭，而尼克的前女友也又一次聯系了尼克，他們礙于面子，將復合的事情擱淺在一旁。茱莉婭和尼克各自與前任相處了一段時間后發現還是忘不了對方，在情人節的晚上，他們終于放下心結，重新走到一起。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
