瑪麗亞·貝羅,安·唐德,威爾·哈里斯,瓊·杰特,奧林匹婭·杜卡基斯,Jennifer Kydd小有名氣的驚悚小說作家苔絲·索恩（瑪麗亞·貝羅 Maria Bello 飾）受邀去某地進行演講，人生地不熟的她迷失方向，汽車還在某個根本沒有手機信號的地方爆胎。當她手足無措的時候，孔武健壯的卡車司機（威爾·哈里斯 Will Harris 飾）出現答應幫她更換輪胎，然而這個暴徒見色起意，對苔絲進行了殘酷的虐待，還把她丟在了一個浸泡著三四具女性尸體的坑道中。僥幸逃命的苔絲一路跌跌撞撞回到家中，她曾嘗試報警，卻最終三緘其口。在接下來的日子里，苔絲從混亂中理清頭緒，她決定用自己的方式向那只禽獸展開報復…… 本片根據斯蒂芬·金的短篇小說改編。

Melis Sevin?,Melisa Bostanc?o?lu,?brahim Ar?c?,Mert Can SevimliAy?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 尤哈
