內(nèi)容講述1841年英國(guó)商人舒狄克(大班)帶領(lǐng)艦隊(duì)，前往中國(guó)通商，以鴉片換取茶葉，絲綢及翠玉，煞而遭受滿(mǎn)清朝廷禁制，舒艦長(zhǎng)于是帶領(lǐng)艦隊(duì)南下占領(lǐng)香港，開(kāi)辟成為商港，并與其它商人展開(kāi)勾心斗角的競(jìng)賽。但人算不如天算，一場(chǎng)颶風(fēng)令人他的命運(yùn)急劇扭轉(zhuǎn)。
